What is a cocktail tap?
A cocktail tap is a cooled draught system for ready-made cocktails: three lines, three cocktails, kept at temperature all night. Pull the handle and a complete cocktail comes out, ready to garnish.
Each line holds a bag-in-box of pre-batched cocktails, not syrup. Per line you choose the finish: nitrogen for a creamy, shaken texture or CO2 for the bubbles.
Pour, garnish, hand over. What takes well over a minute with a shaker takes ten seconds here.
You decide what goes on tap
You choose per line what goes on it. Classics such as the Pornstar Martini, Mojito or Espresso Martini. Cocktails made with the spirit brands your venue already pours. Or your own batched signature through the Springbay Cocktail License.
Three lines, three choices. Change your menu, change the bag-in-box.
Cocktail machine or cocktail tap?
Many owners search for "cocktail machine". Fair enough. Only there is no robot inside. There is a tap on top, with real cocktails behind it. Springbay develops and builds the stations: from the cooling to the draught system.

Why bars are switching to tap
A cocktail in 10 seconds
Connect the box, glass underneath, pour. No shaker, no jigger, no queue at the bar on a Saturday night.
The same taste every time
Whether you pour our cocktails or batch your own recipe with the Cocktail License: every pour gives the same ratio, chilled to 2 to 4 °C. The first glass of the night tastes like the last.
No experienced bartender needed
After a short introduction anyone on your team pours a cocktail of bar quality. Your experienced people keep their hands free for guests.
Less waste, more revenue
No half-empty bottles, no spills, no badly measured shots. And because it is fast, you sell more of them in an evening.

Buy, lease or partner up?
One investment, then the margin is yours
You buy the station and take out a service contract for the yearly maintenance. You earn the investment back with the cocktails you pour; how fast, you can work out below. The best choice when cocktails are a fixed part of your menu.
Fixed monthly fee, no big outlay up front
You pay a fixed monthly fee instead of one investment. Handy when you are just starting out, want to test the system for a season first or prefer to keep your cash in the business. We go through the lease options that fit you in the quote.
125+ cocktails a week?
At that volume we are happy to make you a tailored offer, and in some cases we sponsor the entire tap station. Leave your details and we will get in touch, no strings attached.
Only need it for one night? Then renting is smarter: Springbay Events comes with a complete setup and crew.
An average bar, in numbers
A bar that sells 90 cocktails a week at 12 euros keeps, according to our calculator, well over 28,000 euros in the first year, after deducting the investment and the service contract. The investment is then earned back in about two months. From the second year on you keep more, because the purchase is behind you. Adjust the calculator below with your own figures.
What will it earn you?
Fill in your own numbers and see right away what a Springbay tap system means for your business. The results are an indication based on average ingredient and service costs.
Including the full investment and service in year one. From year two you keep even more.
Every cocktail from the bag-in-box saves about € 1,50 in cost price and 40 seconds of work. Lower staff costs, or more revenue per shift.

What does a cocktail tap for a bar cost?
Every venue is different, so you get a tailored quote: the station, the installation, the service contract and the cocktails you want to pour. Want a feel for the numbers? Enter your cocktails per week and your selling price above; the calculator shows what you keep in the first year, investment included.
Can I lease a cocktail tap instead of buying one?
Yes. Besides buying we offer flexible rental and lease options, handy to get started or to test the system before you buy. For a single event, Springbay Events is the place to go.
Do I need an experienced bartender?
No. The cocktails are batched in advance by bartenders; your team only has to pour. After a short introduction anyone can work with it.
Which cocktails can I pour?
Classics such as the Classic Mojito, Classic Margarita, Espresso Martini and Pornstar Martini, ready to pour in bag-in-box. With the Cocktail License you also pour your own recipes. Switching flavours takes seconds: disconnect the box, click in the new one, pour.
How much space do I need?
The Cove fits next to or under your existing bar: a dock with three boxes and three taps, without a cabinet or worktop. The Harbor is a complete workstation one metre wide, the Lagoon one and a half metres. See the three stations.
What about maintenance?
You rinse the taps and couplings daily and check the connections weekly. The yearly maintenance of the cooling and the lines is covered by the service contract. The stations are made of 316 stainless steel, so they can take a wet bar.
I only need a cocktail bar for one night. Is that possible?
Yes, but then our rental brand is the better fit: Springbay Events delivers a complete setup with crew for weddings, company parties and festivals.
