Harbor

A complete cocktail workstation

Springbay Cocktail Solutions

The hero of the range

  • 3 taps
  • One metre, fully self-contained
  • Ice bins, rinser, drop sink, garnish

Harbor is the format most bars end up with: the same Dock and boxes, now wrapped in a complete, self-contained workstation. The integrated 3-tap does the pouring, while steel-isolated ice bins, a shaker rinser, drop sink and garnish compartments keep the rest of the workflow within arm's reach.

Everything a bartender needs for a full cocktail service, built into one metre of bar. From setup to serve, Harbor is crafted to raise speed, consistency and the overall bar experience, from professional bars to high-traffic event venues.

Our systems deliver bar-quality cocktails in as little as 10 seconds. Consistently, deliciously, and always true to the craft.

Buy or lease? How both options work for bars and restaurants.

FAQ's
What is built into the Harbor?

A 3-tap, steel-isolated ice bins, a bottle speed rail, a shaker rinser, a drop sink and garnish compartments. Everything a bartender needs for a full cocktail service, in one metre of bar.

How big and how heavy is the Harbor?

1.0 metre wide and 0.6 metre deep, with a working height of 0.84 to 1.05 metres. It weighs about 95 kg; this varies by configuration.

Can I also shake cocktails on the Harbor?

Yes. Next to the tap, the Harbor has ice bins, a shaker rinser and garnish compartments. You pour long drinks, nitro and carbonated cocktails and make hand-shaken cocktails at the same workstation.

What does installing the Harbor involve?

The Harbor is integrated into the counter and connected to a gas supply for nitrogen and CO2 and to the tap lines. Setup takes 2 to 4 hours with professional assistance. For power, a regular 230V socket is enough.

Which lines pour nitro and which pour CO2?

Lines 1 and 3 pour with nitrogen for a creamy texture and a foam head, line 2 with CO2 for bubbles. Each line takes a 10 litre bag-in-box and is chilled to 2 to 4 degrees Celsius. See also nitro and draft cocktails.

What is the difference between the Harbor and the Lagoon?

The Lagoon has everything the Harbor has, plus an extra half metre of workspace to garnish and present, and side cabinets that keep the gas bottle and supplies out of sight.
