Lagoon

Room for craft and presentation

Springbay Cocktail Solutions

Premium, and permanent

  • 3 taps
  • 1.5 metres of stainless steel
  • Everything in Harbor, plus side cabinets

Lagoon is the widest format in the range: the same Dock and the same boxes, now with a full 1.5 metres of pearl-blasted stainless steel around them. The extra width is workspace, room to build, garnish and present, instead of only pour.

Side cabinets keep the gas bottle and supplies out of sight so the bar top stays clean, while the full set of steel-isolated ice bins, bottle speed rail, shaker rinser, drop sink and garnish compartments is built straight in. Made for demanding service, high-end venues and concept bars where the cocktail is part of the show.

Our systems deliver bar-quality cocktails in as little as 10 seconds. Consistently, deliciously, and always true to the craft.

Buy or lease? How both options work for bars and restaurants.

FAQ's
What kind of venue is the Lagoon made for?

For demanding service, high-end venues and concept bars where the cocktail is part of the show. The extra width is workspace to build, garnish and present.

How big and how heavy is the Lagoon?

1.5 metres wide and 0.6 metre deep, with a working height of 0.84 to 1.05 metres. It weighs about 125 kg; this varies by configuration.

What is built into the Lagoon?

A 3-tap, steel-isolated ice bins, a bottle speed rail, a shaker rinser, a drop sink and garnish compartments, in pearl-blasted stainless steel. Side cabinets store the gas bottle and supplies, so the bar top stays clean.

What does installing the Lagoon involve?

The Lagoon is integrated into the counter and connected to a gas supply for nitrogen and CO2 and to the tap lines. Setup takes 2 to 4 hours with professional assistance. The cooling unit is built in and runs on a regular 230V socket.

How does the Lagoon pour nitro and carbonated cocktails?

Lines 1 and 3 pour with nitrogen, line 2 with CO2, through a standard draft gas system. A glycol python cooler chills every cocktail in the line to 2 to 4 degrees Celsius. How that works is explained on nitro and draft cocktails.

Can the Lagoon stand next to my existing beer tap?

Yes, but it is not connected to it. The Lagoon runs on its own lines and its own cooling, separate from your beer or soft drink tap.
