In the Beginning opens the doors to the world of Ian Bartos and Jorgos Stein. This introductory series tells the story of how it all began: two young guys discovering their passion for the craft through their first cocktail stations and bar experiences. Their shared journey eventually led to the founding of Barsupport, a project born out of a love for hospitality that has since become a recognized name in the scene.

In this first chapter, they reflect on the moments that shaped them: the ups and downs behind the bar, the energy of teamwork, and the courage to start their own business. At the same time, they look ahead, showing how those first steps from 2010–2020 laid the foundation for where they stand in 2025.

In the Beginning is more than just a story about bartending; it’s an introduction to the journey of two entrepreneurs who have turned their love for the craft into a lifelong mission.
